As a West St. Louis county resident for fifty years, Paul Griswold eats, sleeps and breathes St. Louis real estate. After a successful four-year run as a commercial real estate recruiter placing real estate executives in high paid positions all over the world, Paul dove into residential real estate in his own backyard.

A full-time licensed residential sales specialist since 2003, Paul has been named to St. Louis Magazine’s annual “Best Realtor’s” list TEN times! Whether he’s working with a home buyer or seller in Ballwin, Manchester, Ellisville, Des Peres, St. Charles, Maryland Heights or Creve Coeur, Paul has a meticulous responsiveness to his clients, the heart of a teacher and the patience of a saint.

Paul lives in Ballwin, MO with his wife, Stacey, and their three children who all attend Parkway Schools. Highly involved in the community, Paul and Stacey support their children in Boy Scouts, Tae Kwon Do, competitive gymnastics, Parkway marching band, dance lessons, orchestra and the St. Louis Children’s Choir.
